So now that you've selected the vendor, have negotiated a great contract, you've signed the deal, what do you do next? There will be a phase here or a time frame where the vendor says, okay, we need to hand this off from the sales team to the project management team and hang tight will send you all the details. So this is a great time for your team internally at the city or county or your agency to organize yourself, pick the right vendor for project management, assign the right project sponsors, and get your team excited about this really difficult process that you're about to take on. That'll last anywhere between 12 months to 24 months, depending your size and what kind of modules you're implementing.
