The New Normal - COVID19 and Remote IT
The COVID-19 situation has intensified this week (a National Emergency), government IT departments should be working towards a no-touch support policy from this point forward. We call this "The New Normal" because these are things we could have implemented everywhere years ago - fortunately, the technology is mature enough that we are not inviting imperfect and unsecure tools into our environment.
