Robert Kornovich completed his Bachelor of Arts, Project Management Certificate, and Certified Public Management Certificate from Arizona State University. He possesses over 25 years of experience providing IT strategic planning and organizational development services to public sector clients across the country. Kornovich is an expert in customer service improvement and alignment of people, processes, and technology to maximize organizational resources and funding. He has assisted various municipalities and public sector agencies, such as the Town of Paradise Valley (AZ) and Santa Clara County Housing Authority (CA), with IT software consultation and implementations for numerous systems (i.e., ERP, HRIS, Work Order). Kornovich values being surrounded by talented, professional team members who love what they do and always get the job done. As a lifelong learner, he is always exploring opportunities to sharpen skills, gain new perspectives, and solve unique issues.
